Flamers can damage your own units and the flamer for your hero unit can hurt others as well, I’ve been using flamers in group of 3 or 4 and having them roam together with no one else, you can also use them as a wall of sorts if you can’t build any in a area a line of flamers can hold off most goo boys easily

Leveling your hero is really important as it can solo most early waves just by kiting the enemy, I tend to use my hero as a single one man army running around leveling as fast as I can to 5 or 6 while I’m building and then use the spawning units as a defense army

The poison grenade(who doesn’t love chemical warfare?) seems to be VERY strong and can really wreck hordes allow them to get on a building or just clump up and you can eliminate a horde easily.

Compared to games like Age of darkness you can freely move out of your base during a horde. I highly recommend having a small group of units who are mobile like the scout bike for the Scientist captain as a flanking unit during hordes later on they will have spawners going with them and ranged units that can kill your army behind walls or turrets, in using the scout bikes they can out move most units and easily be used to hit and run enemy spawners or agro the ranged units to help save your army/buildings during a siege

On the map you’ll have mountainous terrain you can use this as a good spot to place habs and power.

Remember Water farms should be done on grass or lush, dirt will only give 10 water
