Luminous Quests Explained

Luminous Quests are small challenges for you to complete every day to earn bonus rewards.

They can be found by going to the Great Pearl and speaking with the Effigy of the Ancient One.

Once there you can choose whichever Luminous Quest you would like to complete. These can be done in any order and reset every 24 hours.

If you ever select a Luminous Quest that you cannot compete or would like to swap to another you can always go back to the Effigy of the Ancient One and cancel your current challenge.

Please note cancelling a Luminous Quest will remove it for the day and you will lose out on that Luminous Quest.

  • Press ‘Tab’ to open your player menu.
  • At the top of your screen select the ‘Mastery’ tab.
  • Once the tab is open you can claim your rewards from the track on the right hand side of the screen.

All-Seeing Monolith Fragments Tips

The only way to get the monolith fragments to appear is to find one of the fragments you haven’t already found.

A few tips on this:

  • Be in first person when you do this, as it will allow you to zoom in with right-click to better see the fragment.
  • In options there is a zoom FOV setting. The lower the value, the more you are zoomed in. Set this to the lowest value, 29 IIRC.
  • If you have to fly towards a fragment, you can place a beacon where you think it’s at. Might help you locate it easier.

Sometimes you can sit on top of the monolith and snipe the fragments. Other times you have to fly a little bit towards the fragment to see them.

Also, once you click on a fragment, the blue lines get significantly longer for a short period of time, maybe 15-30 seconds. Use this to your advantage to quickly locate other crystals and plan your route ahead of time.
