What is TAA?

TAA is Temporal Anti Aliasing, it is a technique to reduce jagged lines in video games.

How to Disable TAA

Go to:

• C:\Users\YOUR PC USERNAME\AppData\Local\MOE\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor (replace “YOUR PC USERNAME”)

Open the Engine.ini file with notepad.

Add the following lines to the bottom of the file and save the changes:

[SystemSettings]
r.PostProcessAAQuality=0

The Game with Easy Anti Cheat Does Not Start: How to Fix

This error usually occurs because Easy Anti-cheat did not install properly.

Right-click Myth of Empires in your Steam library, click Properties, click “Installed Files” in the menu on the left, then click “Verify integrity of game files” on the right. This will download any missing files. You may also need to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. That should work.

Important note: If I’m not mistaken Easy Anti-cheat needs admin privileges. So if your Windows account doesn’t have those and doesn’t prompt for an elevation when those are needed then I think that also might be part of the problem.

Single-Player Mode Explained

Its the same map and mechanics as playing on a server. But just keep in mind the game is built around the idea of playing with a group, so don’t be afraid to see if you can up gather rates, XP and so on if your playing offline.

But you should have access to it all. NPC Raids trigger via the hostility system for constantly killing them, you can raid stronghold and other PoIs to clear them out and harvest the supplies.

But i would recommend going solo on a PvE server, rather than playing completely alone.
