What Are The Red Electrical Gates? How Do I Open Them?

If you come across something that looks like an electric or red door (see below for an example), this is a Hope Gate.

To get through a Hope Gate, complete the steps listed in your quest tracker in the top right of the screen. Usually, these require reaching a specific gear score.

You can find your gear score by opening your inventory and checking the number above your outfit equip slots
To upgrade your gear, look for Essence Traders on your map for upgraded benches and recipes. And complete Towers of Power to unlock new Realm Cards with higher resources for better gear.
Once you have the correct gear score, you will be able to walk through the Hope Gates (they will still show as red)

If you have the right gear score but you cannot go through the gate:

Please go to the place in questions and press F2 to open the debug menu
Take a screenshot of it
Open a ticket by clicking on “Submit a request” in the top right corner
Attach your screenshot to the ticket and fill in the information
