Make your way over to the starting fence, and walk along the left side of it.
Keep going into the direction the kid is looking, into the spooky fog.
Eventually, you will make your way to the dude and his dudette, pointing at something very miraculous: nothing but a yellow and black stupid bugged texture.
Once you get closer to them, the fog will calm down a bit, and you will be able to see the elevator entrance. Walk up…
Floaty float your way up to the pipes…
and BOOM! ya done.. well thats it really…
