Steps
- Attack local NPC to get wanted status.
- Suggest: Go to village and attack guard can easily get wanted status
- Teleport to the tower.
- Go into the tower.
- Before go into the tower. Please confirmed that still have the wanted status.
- In the boss room. There will be a guard generate by the wanted status. Attack him. And tried to make him shoot the boss.
- After boss got shot. Boss will go to the corner of the boss room. Now you can try to catch boss.
- Although the chance of catch rate display as 0%. But Boss will 100% got catched.
Capture tower master will display the name of pal and tower boss name. And the 3d model is the same as tower boss. Even the state value is the same of tower boss.

na, it still works you just gotta trust the process and do exactly as op does. only get wanted only go to the fight and only shoot the officer to agro them, then try and get them to hit the leader. it seems the tower leader can’t function to want to fight them after getting hit so they just scurry off to get out the way. you just gotta be patient. took me a couple tries and like 20 spheres before i chilled out and did exactly as op did in the youtube video and it worked. good luck
note: use pal sphere on their backs

how did you get the others to work? I cannot get this method to work for any of the other tower masters
Just make the guard shoot boss. It may take time. But it work.
The most difficult one I think is the fly type tower master. It need to fly upper than him to make guard to shoot him.
but it only works on the first boss

After you captured the boss. You can use menu to death to respawn.
Just tried this and it worked. Super easy to do. One thing to add, after capturing him, the fight doesnt end and you have to sit there for the remaining time or kill yourself and respawn.
