Avoid the Courtyard. Save it for when you’ve cleared the rest of the building. The watchtower offers a great vantage point for the AI and while clearing the interiors enemies in the courtyard will mostly be filters to the interiors where they’re easier to handle.
Do not use gas. Gas is not the easy win button everyone thinks it is. Unless you know WHERE to throw so you affect the entire room with multiple nades do not use gas. A good majority of the rooms are larger than the affect area of CS Gas so you’ll have enemies run to the edge of the rooms and no longer be effected. You won’t see them but they can see you.
Bring a mix of Pepperball and Beanbag. Pepperball needs multiple shot to take effect but have great accuracy. Beanbag will stop any suspect in one shot but are inaccurate at longer ranges and are lethal with a headshot.
Check your corners and go slow. While there aren’t a lot of rooms to have them flank around you there are multiple doors to outdoors areas where you can get flanked from.
