Most of the stuff in this update is not tested properly and AI is still very bad especially at bigger and more complex maps. Perks don’t seem to be working as intended either.
I am still confused on how paramedic worked. My first thought was if you got an officer killed in-mission he can revive them, but now I feel like it’s basically a get away jail free card on preventing incapped officer. Also, thanks a lot for making a list of the officer trait. Really helped since I didn’t know there was armorer trait, would be useful on survivability paired with Nutritionist.
Paramedic doesn’t work though.
One of the bots was incapacitated (not paramedic, skill was unlocked). I tried to check context menus etc – nothing. He was KIA after the mission.
I needed paramedic once it worked for me that time, maybe it is not stable for everyone in this patch. If you are wondering about the my paramedic experience, officer got shot, reported as dead, was shown as dead in the HUD while in mission, took 3-4 mission to get back to work after the mission rather then going KIA.
I’ve tried 4 negotiators with all non-lethal loadouts on multiple maps. Other then maps with massive open areas, this performed really well and 4 negotiators seem to stacking since most enemies surrender immediately.

I had this experience in “usual” commander mode. Still, I had no paramedic in the roaster at all)
The situation I described was in Ironman mode.
By the way, Kicker doesn’t work, too. I tried Elephant with Kicker – nothing changed for me. Or it is for the bot with ability only?)
