How Clones Work
Clones reduce your maximum MP. Each active clone applies an invisible debuff that decreases your Max MP by 65%.
How It Works
- Each clone adds 1 stack of the invisible -65% Max MP debuff.
- If creating a new clone would reduce your Max MP below 100, that clone immediately disappears.
- When the clone dies, its debuff is removed.
Increasing Your Maximum Clone Count
Increasing flat Max MP (such as +200 MP) alone will not let you summon more clones.
Instead, you need to increase your MP% through sources such as:
- Chest gear with MP%
- Artifact substats that grant MP%
MP Requirements
To maintain multiple clones, your total MP multiplier must meet these thresholds:
| Active Clones | Total MP Required | MP Bonus Required |
|---|---|---|
| 2 | 130% | +30% |
| 3 | 195% | +95% |
Since every character starts with 100% MP, only the bonus value needs to be added.
Checking Your MP Bonus
Open the Stats screen and hover over your MP value to see your MP Bonus (%).
- +30% MP Bonus allows up to 2 clones.
- +95% MP Bonus allows up to 3 clones.
If You Still Can’t Summon 3 Clones
If your MP Bonus is at least +95% but the third clone still disappears, your base MP is too low.
Increase your base MP by:
- Raising your INT stat.
- Equipping gear that provides flat Max MP.
