Stellaris – Unlimited Leader Cap Cheat (Modless)

Are you unhappy with the leader limit changes? Would you prefer to have an admiral for each fleet? Or a governor for each planet? Maybe you just want to try different things? This mod can help with that.

How to Change Leader Cap

Simply go to:

\steamapps\common\Stellaris\common\defines\00_defines.txt

Use Ctrl+F to find this parameter:

LEADER_CAPACITY_XP_SCALE

Change the number on the right from .85 to 1. This removes the penalty for having too many leaders. If you want, you can use a bigger number to get bonuses instead.

You can now explore the new astral rifts.

Remember: This only changes the experience penalty for extra leaders. You’ll still pay more unity for leaders over the limit. The computer-controlled empires will also get these changes!
