Solution

You can find 5 stealable vehicles in the game:

Two at madison Street

• The 1st car at 106 (main quest)
• The sports car of 114

Two cars at Hillvill Street

• One at 202,a good car
• And another at 206 , a rather bad one.

Then where you will surely block, you should return to the 1st heist and steal the small golf cart, you can pass behind the house 1B, the passage is open.
