How are they generated?

You’ll recieve 1 uncompleted guild quest every 1 hour of playtime. You can also recieve 1 guild quest per 12 hours of being offline if you’ve purchased a 30-day ticket recently.

From the Guild Board, you can only see up to 6 guild quests at a time. And you can “store” a maximum of 20. You can also only complete a maximum of 20 per week per account.

How are they completed?

It depends on the guild quest. Guild quests come in 4 categories:

Commit genocide: Kill 50 monsters of this species.
Gib weapon: Craft the weapon + stat it, or kill mobs until it drops.
Gib potion: Random potion.
Gib materials: Give 20 of a certain type of material.

Now forget those first 3 categories. Just do Gib Materials over and over again and it’ll keep giving you Gib Materials.

“Gib Material X” is too hard! X is too expensive!

When you click on a guild quest, there should be a button that says “Reaccept”. This is available once every 5 minutes, and will give you a different quest from the same category. However, Reaccept only works at Lv.1, Lv.200+, or if you switch characters to one who has a different level than the one who originally got the quest.

Technical

Each guild quest has a “level” accosiated with it. I.e., a Lv50 player will have easier quests than a Lv.200 player. And if your character is the same level as the quest, you cannot Reaccept.

However, there is a limited range of quests. Lv.30 -> Lv.200. So if you’re Lv.1, the game will always give you Lv.30 quests, and will always let you reaccept because you’re a different level than the quest. Similarly for Lv.200+.

How many do we need to complete?

It goes up exponentially the more bosses we want to fight:

1 boss = 1 medal = 10 gquests
2 bosses = 2 medals = 30 gquests
3 Bs = 3 Ms = 60 GQs
4 Bs = 4 Ms = 100 GQs
5 Bs = 6 Ms = 210 GQs
6 Bs = 8 Ms = 360 GQs
7 Bs = 10 Ms = 550 GQs
8 Bs = 12 Ms = 780 GQs
9 Bs = 15 Ms = 1,200 GQs
10 Bs = 18 Ms = 1,710 GQs
11 Bs = 21 Ms = 2,310 GQs
12 Bs = 24 Ms = 3,000 GQs

Tips in finishing Guild Quests fast and easy if you have a vacant character slot:

Create a lvl 1 character, bring it out and let it be the one to check for Guild Quests (GQ). As mentioned above, the GQ will be for characters that are until lvl 30.
Then you bring out your highest level character and accomplish the GQ.
When done, bring back your lvl 1 character to submit the GQ.
