Age of Magic – Ultimate Guide to Unique Hero Events

Helpful Tips and Tricks for Unique Hero Events

By Drusy/EvaKant.

Hero’s Journey: Calculate gold and arcane stars earned. It starts at the start of the event but takes into account ALL the stars the hero has. Once you have mastered and obtained the first 7 golden stars the the inherited Summon Runes can be spent in the next Hero Event.

To play at your best, spend 0 and go far, there are 5 or 6 things to keep in mind:

  • Try to use the free energy in the Heroic part, there are more or less 200 per day, ergo 2 stages. Approximately 1000 Summon Runes (in short supply)
  • If you have gold, invest it like this: 30 + 60×2 + 90×2 = 330 Gold yields more or less 2500 Runes which, combined with free energy, leads to approximately 3700 Summon Runes per day.
  • You’ll find the hero in the Hero Hunt chest as a “trophy” hero. Select it trying not to start from 0…

Remember to open only from saturday to tuesday with the horn of heroes event!

These are additional prizes and resources and the position in the ranking can give Legendary Talismans or gold.

  • Enchanted Supplies.

Here too, refrain from opening Arcane outside of the event (one per month).

Accumulate and then open aiming for a goal:

  • 4AS – 59K Arcane Coins (AC)
  • 5AS – 199K AC
  • 6AS – 600K AC
  • 7AS – 1.3M AC

With the points table it is easy to know how much effort you will have to make. Note that they now award Arcane Event Points for completing stars in the Hero’s Journey

I recommend continuing to accumulate Summon Runes but aim to finish off the hero with the Indigo Runes during the event to get resources and Legendary Talismans

Unless you aim to become a top player in a short time, leave the hero with 1 equipment and skills untouched and raise ONLY the stars to progress on the event. Here follow an example of not completed Team (Boss missed). Arcane Stars are applied but not powered up. In this way, when the Squad is complete and it can be used, is really fast to grow up and be competitive.

Fables of the Past

These are all the heroes with a unique event in normal and heroic stages (Librarian, Brynhild, Mordred, Rhiannon, Vilarr, Scara, Siri, Inpus, Ulfren, Ever, Bliss, Yuki, and others), are occasionally revived for a period usually of 7 days.

They have a Fable Runes currency that can be carried over to the next Event. Their chests should also be opened during the Horn of Heroes like the unique Events we have already described before to maximize the rewards.

Recurring Heroes Events

Further the historical heroes that have a proper event that requires specific heroes with Stars, Level and Equipment in order to run the single mission on it, we have 3 very important Events that lasts each 14 days and they occur every month.

Goblina, Sandariel and Balthazar

They cannot be found anywhere else than their chests and require a specific number of Shards (325).

Why Spend Gold on Them?

Both Goblina and Sandariel have a Leaderboard with rewards as Silver and Indigo Runes (very useful for Horn of Heroes) that will help you a lot on your progression.

Example of Sandariel’s leaderboard rewards, event name: Two Princesses.

For Goblinia is the same, but you get a Champion skin for her.

Balthazar doesn’t have a Leaderboard connected and can be considered one of the most difficult hero to obtain but he’s mandatory in order to obtain Artus.

The Future Festival Events

It has been recently published a road to Age of Magic. (We believe that we’ll have a roadmap every month).

New Arrat’s strongest Heroes will be released in Festival Events.

As you may have noticed, such events will start at the beginning of each month and lasts 17 days.

The path to obtaining the strongest heroes in the game cannot be easy, but we’ll have several opportunities to summon them.

Luxuria and new Legends of Arrat will have 3 events each for summoning and upgrading with Shiny Talismans.

Once the 3 events will be over the remaining Shiny Talismans will be automatically converted into Shadow Talismans that would be used to purchase previous Legendary Heroes and their Arcane Stars.

This is the new mode that PK worked out to give to players a new exciting challenge.
