With my experience as a Bulwark, this loadout has always worked for me in beating any Operation on any difficulty (with a team, of course).

Weapons

For weapons you need the Power Sword, with fencing, and the Plasma Pistol.

  • The Power Sword perks go as follows: Perpetual Strength, Master of Defence, Perpetual Strength (above and below), Tranquility, Slashing Blade, Tyranid Slayer, Killstreak, Cutting Edge, Extremis Slayer and Majoris Slayer
  • The Plasma Pistol perks go as follows: Common Cooling, Rapid Cooling, Blast Radius, Supercharged Shot, Great Might, Plasma Collection, Efficient Charge and Retaliation

Perks

For class perks, I personally run a shock build.

  • The perks go as follows: Intimidating Aura, Shock and Awe, Defensive Advantage, Effective Formation, Focused Strength, Invigorating Icon, Rejuvenating Effect and Emergency Countermeasures

  1. Decent one, but I would replace resurrection flag with extra attack /defense and faster armor regeneration

    There is no point to have both Rejuvenate and Resurrection , because you want to keep your friends to stay alive, but if you use it to resurrect you have to hold it in case someone dying , something you really don’t want

    Also with how fast contested go down with 4.0, -50% contest health drain become pretty much mandatory
