Sprocket – How to Stop Your Tank “Moving” on Its Own Direction

Guide to Stop Tank Moving

Suspension

Your tank needs to grip the ground to actually move.

So if you don’t grip it effectively, your tank will ‘skid’.

This is why you want smaller, less dampened ground rollers.

This will allow more track to touch the ground and giving you more control.

Also less ‘wheels’ lets your tank to adjust better, but be sure to add some to actually balance it.

Belly Height

Random ground rocks can ‘trap’ your tank if your belly is too close to the ground.

Simply make sure you have a decent clearance to stop it getting dragged by a rock.
