This guide has the complete list of all 20 NPC/shops needed to complete the achievement with “general” locations as to where to find the shop itself. Seasonal Shops or Event NPCS do not count towards the achievement, therefore it may be completed anytime. There is no special action required to obtain the achievement, simply walk to each shop, Press “E” to talk to the NPC, open/close the shop window and move to next location. I tried to keep an organized path from one location to the next to keep the route short. Enjoy!

1. Gone Fishin’ – Sir Reel

Sir Reel has two locations and only one needs to be visited to complete the achievement. I started with the Fishing Hut located right outside of the Poseidon Roller Coaster. Alternatively, he may be found at the dock behind the Games Hub building.

2. Franky’s Grill – Franky

Franky’s Grill is a hot dog stand located on the Boardwalk outside of Fresh and Celebrations and in front of the Poseidon roller coaster and the Ferris Wheel.

3. Celebrations – Overly Excited Man

Celebrations is on the Boardwalk, next to “Fresh” and near the Poseidon roller coaster and Ferris Wheel.

4. Fresh – Jane

Fresh is on the Boardwalk, next to Celebrations and near the Poseidon roller coaster and Ferris Wheel.

5. By the Sea Shore – She

She is located on the beach nearest the Boardwalk while making your way towards the lighthouse.

6. The Stray – Kalleira

Kalleira is located at the top of the lighthouse, which can be reached by the door at the base of the lighthouse or via jetpack.

7. Oasis – Sharon

Oasis can be found at the Treasure Hunt beach, behind the life guard station and just before the first beach house.

8. Project 12 (Rooftop Bar) – Wade

The Project 12 Rooftop Bar can be found on the rooftop of the Tower. It can be reached using the elevator in the Tower lobby labeled Project 12 or by jetpack.

9. Central Circuit – Nick

Central Circuit is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is on the end of the row, next to Rob’s Imports.

10. Rob’s Imports (Phone) – Rob

Rob’s Imports is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is in the middle between Central Circuit and Sweet Suite Furnishings.

11. Sweet Suite Furnishings – Bradley

Sweet Suite Furnishings is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is on the end and also contains Horizon Condos inside, towards the back left of the store.

12. Horizon Condos – Jeff

Horizon Condos is located inside of the shop Sweet Suite Furnishings which is one of the shops located at the base of the Tower. Note: The NPC randomizes between a few men and women you are not required to talk to each visually different NPC. Each “version” of NPC will result in opening the same shop and speaking with “Jeff”.

13. Seasons – Daisy

Seasons is a greenhouse/garden located above the row of shops containing; Sweet Suite Furnishings, Rob’s Imports and Central Circuit. It can be reached via stairs alongside Sweet Suite Furnishing or jetpack.

14. D.I.Y – Amy

D.I.Y can be found in the Tower lobby facing the row of shops that contain; Sweet Suite Furnishings, Rob’s Imports, and Central Circuit.

15. Songbirds – Landin

Songbirds is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is between Upgrade and The Toy Stop Shop.

16. The Toy Stop – Richard

The Toy Stop is one of the shops located on either side of the Tower. It is on the end next to Songbirds.

17. Tower Theatre – Veronica

Tower Theatre is on the right side of the Tower if you are walking out facing/towards the games/arcade/casino area. It sits between the Boardwalk and Tower. Enter the theatre and you will see 2 NPCS at the concession stand, both are Veronica and you need only to speak to one for the achievement.

18. Bowling Pro Shop – Darien

Bowling Pro Shop is one of the 2 NPCS inside of the Bowling Alley, standing behind the counter. The NPCS are 2 SEPARATE shops and it is required that you speak with BOTH to complete the achievement.

19. The Pinhead – Kaylen

Pinhead is one of the two NPCS inside of the Bowling Alley, standing behind the counter. The NPCS are 2 SEPARATE shops and it is required that you speak with BOTH to complete the achievement.

20. The Pop Stop – Vendy

Although not technically a NPC the vending machines are considered a shop and one must be spoken to in order to complete this achievement. You are not required to speak to more than one. I chose to use the one inside of the Bowling Alley next to Pinhead and the Bowling Pro Shop. Alternatively, the vending machines can be located at; Hidden Dev HQ ( located via my other guide).
