Step 1
Get On the Main Menu of Halo MCC.
Step 2
Click on multiplayer.
Then you will be on this menu:

Click on a Custom Gamemode and Select File Options.
Step 4
Type .fortune in the Game Type Name.
Press Ok to Confirm it.
End
Now you Have a fortune, and the achievement.
You can repeat this to get different Fortunes.
