Cyberpunk 2077 – New Best Sword after Update 2.0

Best Sword in the Phantom Liberty DLC

Сrеdit gоеs to Zoid13 !

The Scalpel was the only weapon to not get nerfed. 50% crit chance during Sandevistan is still OP especially with Apogee that can be turned on and off at will.

  • Turn on Apogee
  • Leap attack
  • Turn off Apogee
  • Rinse and Repeat for 100% Sandevistan Uptime unless it got nerfed in 2.01.

Tho as it is now I have 60% base crit chance and with the final shinobi perk of 40% when sandi is active that’s already at 100% making the bonus 50% crit during sandi on scalpel kinda pointless. But scalpel hits also apply bleeding, has armour pen and it also has 30% shock chance.

Armour Pen + Shock + Bleed

Erata seems to have super low damage compared to others when fully upgraded. Its like 30ish damage lower

Satori used to be boss mode its kind trash now.

Jinchu-Maru Once level’d and geared up (max shinobi 40% in sandi perk + base 60% crit) making scalpels crit bonus pointless

It has armour pen and damage against elites which arguably makes it the best since normal enemies tend to die in 1 hit from any of the swords

So yeah imo either Scalpel or Jinchu-Maru.

By the way: Highest damage crit is from a non iconic using the airstrike weapon mod since nothing else grants big +crit damage anymore.

Also imo berserk is better than sandi the 20% crit+100% crit damage is massive but not making use of the 40% crit shinobi perk is sadage.

Also noticed that with the Apogee sandi + Axolotl.

When killing people during Sandi you can see the draining timer jump back up each time you kill someone however at a certain point no matter how many people you are killing and the timer is still draining the Sandi will deactivate itself regardless even though it still has plenty of time on it.
