Recommended Tonnage

• [DE2] 120 tons
• [DE2+Slug] 260 tons
• [S060] 440 tons
• [DM3] 560 tons
• [DH4] 560 tons
• [S282] 780 tons
• [DE6] 910 tons
• [DE6+Slug] 1740 tons

These are all just the approximate maximum tonnage and you may be able to do more if you gain speed before the incline.

Testing Method

When testing I used Nuclear Fuel Carts as my wagons, never went into red, and never used sand. I’m not a pro at using steam locos, so you may be able to pull more with them.

Here is where I started every train at in the Coal Mine.

Every train had to get all the wagons across the bridge to pass.
