This build uses the following equipment and stats.

Necklace
Use Pendant of The Surging Mind with:
- Crit Hit Chance%
- Crit Hit DMG%
- Lightning DMG%
- Strong Attack DMG%
- DMG vs Elite or DMG vs Healthy
- Secondary stat: % Bonus Move Speed
Strong Attack DMG and Crit DMG are must-have stats. If you do not have an item with the exact same combination of stats, prioritize one that definitely has both of these stats.
Rings
Use:
- 33 INT
- Crit Hit Chance%
- Crit Hit DMG%
- Lightning DMG%
Gloves
Prioritize:
- Flat DMG
- Crit Hit Chance%
- Crit Hit DMG%
- % Mana Cost Reduction
- Secondary stat: Mana on Kill
Flat DMG and Crit Hit DMG are must-have stats. Mana on Kill is also a must-have.
The gloves must be Stormcaller. However, if you have Blackmist gloves with two Flat DMG stats, you can use those instead.
Weapon
The weapon should have:
- Flat DMG
- Strong Attack DMG%
- Crit Hit DMG%
- DMG vs Elite or DMG vs Healthy
- Secondary stat: Mana on Kill
- 3 gem slots
Only Flat DMG and Strong Attack DMG are must-have stats. Additional useful stats make the weapon better.
The specific weapon does not matter, but it must not be Ancient. Normal Legendaries have more Flat DMG, calculated as Weapon DPS / Weapon Speed, than Ancient weapons.
Look for a normal Legendary with 3 sockets. Upgrading it to +10 is partially a must-do.

Items can be used with or without INT, and the difference does not change much.
For the weapon, Flat DMG and Strong Attack DMG are the must-have stats. Having more useful stats is better.
If you have a Blackmist item with two Flat DMG stats, you can use it instead. For gloves, Strong Attack DMG is also required.
