Dragonheir: Silent Gods – How to Use Epic Chest

Guide to Use Epic Chest

As a new player you should NOT immediately use your epic chest. This is because you want to wait as long as possible to use it – in case you pull one of these epics first. So you should wait as long as possible, preferably until you are stuck.

The top 5 epics you should choose from it are: Garius Frurbath Voresh Adolphus Zharloth, in that order.

Garius is probably the best nonlegendary healer in the game, and he is also one of the best tanks at the same time. Filling two roles in one gives you more space to choose other champs to fill other needed roles for that fight.

Frurbath is similar, as both a tank and healer, but he is not as good at either as Garius. HOWEVER. He also brings atk down, which is a very valuable debuff that you will need in many fights. Furthermore, he is Poison – this matters because in S1, most likely you will be using Fire/Poison as your main affinity due to other accessible champions in that affinity pair, such as Heksandra, Fire MC, Tonalnan, Sigrid, and the free legendary Errich.

Voresh’s ability to block debuffs and remove debuffs is key in several dungeons, like Curse and Ancient Battlefield. He can also debuff the full board to enable Sigrid. That being said, there are other rares and epics that can fill the role, just not as well as him, and usually will need more than one champion to fill those roles. So he is more replaceable than the two above, but he is still a top epic nonetheless.

Adolphus is a top tier shielder. He is key in increasing survivability, and preventing Curse from giving himself massive shields. He can also supplement healing, which Fire lacks.

Last is Zharloth, top tier CC epic and also the only decent healer below legendary in Necro. Very useful in Fey and Pillars but not necessary for progression.
