With this guide you can revert to March 1 game files using the steam console to download previous depot files.

Guide to Revert Patch

Open the steam console by typing, into your browser:

steam://open/console

You will now have a “CONSOLE” tab in your Steam Client. Open it.
Now type:

download_depot 900040 900042 6460818886322476941

These are the March 1 binaries, the ones available to you before the recent patch.

Now type:

download_depot 900040 900041 198007665804875601

These are all of the March 1 game content files. It is 21gb so it may take some time.

Copy paste the files into your ELEX 2 install from their download location which will be located in:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_900040\depot_900042\system

and

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\content\app_900040\depot_900041\data

Launch your now downgraded Elex II game without quest bugs.
