Guide to DPS Griselma Carry Build

The Build

  • Primary: mark of the master > mark of survival
  • Summon: ambush hands > smashing hands
  • Rift zone: element of surprise > soothing journey
  • Displacement: conservation of mass > gift of annihilation
  • Focus: masterful focus > focused might
  • Talent: beast friends

Overview

First of all please never go melee primary Griselma it sucks and is bad and you will feed and do no damage or help anymore. Similarly the buff auras on the summons are also bad. They’re just kinda situational and provide lukewarm damage buffs where you could be doing so much more for your team.

My strats with is to basically rift zone the middle of the fight, it will deal damage and crack armors while its up, then place your portal beast inside the rift, giving it double damage and a 500 hp shield to give it time to deal damage. Now unless the entire enemy team for some reason all targets your hands, it will probably be alive for atleast a good chunk of time. Make sure you’re using your second beast off cooldown and if you get low then go into your displacement.

A lot of people like to use portal collapse for an easy escape with its stun and teleport but people underestimate the Gift of Annihilations damage, those hands will lock onto an enemy and kill them by the time your displacements ends if they stick around. Even better if you manage to do a rift zone into portal beast into displacement combo, summoning two beasts instantly, one with double damage, as they beam targets down

I’ve carried so many matches with grandma because so many people underestimate her damage and think just because there are no hands around that doesn’t mean she cant get two instantly and beam you to death.
