Stacking Barrels
This is the minimum barrels needed to reach up to the window. After stacking them you can climb on top of them and then jump and climb into the window.
Inside the Window
After climbing inside you can see outside the map. I was able to hit the funny little crow man down there with an incendiary bolt and glitch his textures out.
