Halo Infinite – How to Fix Screen Tear (Nvidia)

This is how to fix screen tearing if the in game vsync option isnt working for you.

How-To (Step-by-Step)

  1. Right click desktop and click on “NVIDIA Control Panel”.
  2. Click on “Manage 3D settings”.
  3. Click on “Program Settings”.
  4. Find “Halo Infinite (haloinfinite.exe)” in the drop down menu.
  5. Scroll down until you find “Vertical sync”.
  6. Click on where it says “Off” and change it to “On”.
  7. Now click on the “Apply” button at the bottom of the window.
  8. When you relaunch halo infinite you should now no longer have screen tearing.
  9. Enjoy playing without any annoying screen tearing.
