Idle Planet Miner – Quick Guide to Long Haulers

Long Haulers Guide

  • Long Haulers are generally noted by having the turtle pet as part of their name.
  • You can join Long Haulers Gang by completing a 14 day old galaxy with a galaxy value of over 10B.
  • Long Haulers try to go to credit cap at e220.
  • Credit cap without any additional helps such as Lounge, Space Station, or Exodus ship is: 203,695 base credits.
  • Credit cap with Max upgrades to all bonus credit areas will award: 1,334,282 credits.
  • This is meant as a more relaxed style of play, take a break from grinding galaxies and come on over for some peace.

Strategy

Upgrading Planets

  • You need to stay two letters/6 tiers behind your galaxy value to not lose equal coh/gv
    • Ex: GV = 1S
    • Mining Level – 1Q
    • Ship/Cargo Speeds – 1q

Starting a LH from a Tournament

  • Do as many colonies as you can during the tournament
    • Remainder of colonies should be saved for Daily Task Assignments when possible

Alchemy & Terraforming

  • Planet 66
    • Alchemy 1 for Wraith
  • Planet 63
    • Alchemy 2 for Wraith
  • Planet 60
    • Alchemy 3 for Wraith
    • Terraforming 2
  • Planet 57
    • Terraforming 1

Boosts

  • Best to save for tournaments and challenges

COH Savings

  • It is best to start saving COH to get it as equal to GV as possible when you are no longer making large gains in galaxy value.
  • This happens most often after beginning to make SRs
