Tips to Improve Stability with Disloyal Population

You can do so by improving your cultural power and kingdom influence (you can see their stats under the “books” or “religion” tab in the upper right).
Skills and traditions will make your empire stronger from foreign influence. Try to make these skills into traditions.
Charity, courtesy, leadership, learning, medicine, negotiation, rhetoric, theology, writing.
Doesn’t matter if your royal court member can use the benefits from the skill fully, but upgrading it to lv3 and making it a tradition will help a lot.
And if your kingdom influence is strong enough, neighboring provinces might turn to your side and rebel against their ruling kingdom.

There is no province specific focus on culture and influence, it’s always global though.
