Currency Strategy Guide

These are general recommendations for new players covering the most common currencies.

Commander Points and Commander’s Badges

• Use Commander Points and Commander’s Badges to upgrade your primary legendary commanders only.
• Commander Points are specific to each commander and are the main bottleneck because they are tied to the individual commander’s card icon in the roulette and packs.
• For neural linking, all involved commanders must be level 3 or higher. Neural linking is very expensive.

Credits

Credits have a maximum storage cap of 3,000k. If you need a large amount of credits, use the following methods.

Reducing Upgrade Costs

• Before leveling mercenaries, activate the alliance bonus Cheap Upgrades. It reduces the credit cost of leveling mercenaries by approximately 25%.
• Consider the alliance bonus Clinking Coins, which provides more credits from victories in League.
• Consider the alliance bonus Time Loop to reduce the cooldown for League crates.

League Win Streaks

• League win streaks can provide approximately 10k credits per hour, excluding credits from crates.
• One strategy is to downlevel to around League 6 and then build a win streak back up to League 1.

Events and Other Sources

• Some mini events provide several hundred thousand credits as prizes, including Miss Fortune and Gold Rush.
• Investing money to secure first place on a leaderboard can provide 36k to 225k credits and 1,500 to 9,000 random legendary cards.
• The Battle Pass contains several hundred thousand credits.
• Commander and Choose a Merc Global Event roulettes have a chance to provide credits.
• Once a month, the Virtual Maze provides several hundred thousand credits through rewards, credit crates, and destroying rocks.
• Credits can be purchased with Exo Bonds in the Exo Bonds Shop.
• You can buy 25k credits for 150 Emerix.

Emerix

Emerix is particularly valuable for the Global Event, Chapter 3, and purchasing legendary commanders in combination with Chapter 3.

• Time-limited offers that provide double Emerix regularly appear in the shop. If you plan to buy Emerix, wait for these offers.
• New players can find monthly cards for 5 and 20 💰 under Shop as limited offers. Consider them if you already plan to buy Emerix, as they are a better long-term deal than buying Emerix directly.
• It is possible to earn 5,000+ Emerix for free over approximately 1 to 2 months.

Free Emerix Farming

• The 5th daily crate provides 30 Emerix.
• The 3rd weekly crate provides 100 Emerix.
• Collect these consistently to accumulate Emerix over time.
• Use temporary emails to create three throwaway alt accounts, for example on Nutaku, and link them to your main account through the referral system.
• Play the alt accounts up to League 16 to collect a total of 5,400 Emerix.
• The alt accounts need mercenaries that are powerful without skins, such as legendary Salma and epic or legendary Nonna.
• Join an alliance with your alt accounts so you get at least the basic android to boost your team.
• Additionally, get one SR android, which is easy to collect through the Heli Race Shop.

Free Legendary Mercenaries

New players can obtain free legendary mercenaries through several events:

• Choose a Merc Global Event on Thursdays
• Gold Rush mini event on Sundays
• Miss Fortune mini event on Mondays

A full legendary team within one month is possible.

Exo Bonds

Exo Bonds can be exchanged for goods in the Event Shop.

• They can be earned through various events.
• Combine Exo Bonds with Heli Race missions that require you to get or use Exo Bonds.

Lazurix

Check Lucy’s wardrobe deals from the upgrade window once a day.

• Get the deals that provide battle upgrades.
• The shop refreshes after each clothing purchase. This can add new combination pieces, but it can also remove existing ones.
• The third room in the Cafe provides better stats than the first two rooms. Consider saving Lazurix for the third room instead of investing it in the first two rooms.

Pink Microchips

Save Pink Microchips for the Global Event, including the weekly free Microchip.

Up to 24 Microchips are needed:

• Chapter 1: 2
• Chapter 2: 2
• Chapter 3: 20

Serum

Serum is needed for linking mercenaries and for the Global Event, Chapter 3, where it is used for the nine mercenary boosts.

• The boosts are optional.
• Combine them with the alliance bonus to reduce serum costs.
• Each boost increases the cost of the next boost.
• The cost resets after the boost duration ends.
• All League crates on Thursdays have Super Serum in them.

Cheapest Way to Complete Boost Missions

Some missions require you to boost mercenaries. The cheapest way to do this is to boost your lowest-level common or rare mercenary, or one of the mercenaries from the 3M Global Event, which costs 50% less than normal.

Examples:

• Level 1 rare mercenary: 10 Serum
• Level 13 common mercenary: 18 Serum
• Level 1 rare mercenary from the 3M Global Event: 5 Serum

Top Gear

Top Gear comes from Heli Race rewards.

• Use Top Gear for SR androids and diesel only.
• There is no need to use it for troops because troops will grow naturally from Alliance War rewards.
