HH “Snow Miser” 940 Ice Element / 100% Affinity Build

This is a frost element Hunting Horn build. It provides 100% Affinity with the Corrupted Mantle, an extra stamina bar to keep Maximum Might activate while evading/sprinting, and stupid high Frost damage thanks to Coalescence 3, Ice Attack 3, and Burst 2.
In addition to the elemental damage from the horn, Echo Bubbles also deal Elemental damage (3% of base element), which when paired with Precipice Kovira’s monstrous 500 Ice element, and increased by percentage-based elemental skills like Coalescence 3 and Ice Attack 3, is not insignificant.
Sadly, for high-element horns, elemental damage is capped at +90% of the weapon’s base element, I.E. 950 for Precipice Kovira. This build reaches 940. I could’ve gone with Burst 3 to reach it, but Agitator 5 is a more worthwhile use of the last T3 gem slot.
You can swap the Challenger Jewel for a Chain jewel if you really want to, though. If not for the elemental damage cap, this build could’ve reached 1040 Ice Element with more levels of Burst. Now go out and make it snow!
Bear in mind, this does not provide Earplugs. I recommend running Ajara-Jivaka as a backup horns for Attack Up (L) and Earplugs (S), as well as Blast Element, as this build’s armor skills works equally well for other elemental horns (though you’ll want to replace the Burst Charm since it’s wasted on builds with a lower elemental cap).
Playstyle
Sharpen before combat for 60s of white sharpness. Keep Echo Bubbles on the monster to maximize element delivery. Spam Echo Wave (Ice).

HH “Monarch” Paralysis Build
This is a paralysis status Hunting Horn build. It provides 100% Affinity with the Corrupted Mantle, an extra stamina bar to keep Maximum Might activate while evading/sprinting, and extremely fast paralysis buildup thanks to Coalescence 3, Paralysis Attack 3, and Critical Status 3.
Hunting Horn’s low attack speed often makes it overlooked for status builds, despite the little known fact that Echo Bubbles also deal status buildup, having a 1/3rd chance to deal 3% of a weapon’s base Status Element, compared to 10% for weapons. While this is only 12 with Glass Royale’s 400 Paralysis stat, Coalescence 3 and Paralysis Attack 3, skills which are percentage-based, increase this to 19, which rivals the highest insect glaive.
This build probably won’t be rocking any speedrun metrics but it’s pretty silly to play. Most monsters will spend a large portion of the fight stunned. Bear in mind, this does not provide Earplugs.
Playstyle
Sharpen before combat for 90s of white sharpness. Place Echo Bubbles constantly. You want these to hit the monster as much as possible to maximize status element delivery. Spam Echo Wave (Paralysis) and Resounding Melody.
