Here’s what to do:

Go to the following folder (copy paste into explorer, run or windows search bar):

  • %localappdata%\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows

Open Engine.ini file

OR open the file directly:

  • %localappdata%\Pal\Saved\Config\Windows\Engine.ini
