A lot of people I play with who play on a server just put all their pals back in their palbox when they go offline, to stop them from needing meds when they return.
But you don’t have to do that, you can just move your feed box to be close enough to you palbox that your pals can still reach it if their location gets reset. (from server going down or being restarted)
