Introduction

The photo below shows the four waves of options during a duel with a character. The attack with the biggest effect is highlighted. The example given is for Hanth, but the strong attack varies with each character.

FAQ

What does the mystery scroll do?

It lets you see their battle weaknesses on hardcore mode.

Is the top/bottom selection at the beginning only for determining Robin’s own weaknesses, or does it have some effect on the event/cutscenes?

It only determines Robin’s weaknesses during battles. Also, note that you will be able to change it later in the game.

Where is the ‘regular’ Dodoro?

It’s on Solitude Peak mining! It’s there just needs to be triggered many times before he appears. the fastest way is to flee the battle until he shows up.

Defeating the dragon tips?

Use bull testicle or orc’s favorite food. Any “fight” is easy to cheese if you use those.

Buy and use 3 special scrolls (those that don’t have any effect description to them) – they cost a lot, but once you apply them to all of your equipment, you will be told exactly what to choose during battles (even with the hardest bosses) to inflict the most damage.

Combine that with an inventory full of orc’s favorite food, and it’s basically a sure victory.
