1×12 4-Operation Rotate / Swap / Cut Block (Flat, Can Do 24 => 12 Lanes)

This blueprint allows for doing 4 things in a row in general: Rotate, cut/swap, rotate, cut/swap. This allows for extremely dense operations swapping around pieces. The hard part was rerouting belts for the extra rotation. In the photos, you see it taking in the circles from the first area with 1/3 red quadrants, and outputting pure red/uncolored circles.
The blueprint provided solely swaps the bottom right corners of the two shapez.
