How to Spend Ancient Crystals

Will start by saying a lot of this is dependent on a lot of factors and changes often. Some of these factors including but are not limited to: how progressed, how many ancient crystals one has, and how much one spends on the game.

• Premium Runes:
  • These are going to be Vio slot 2 SPD, slot 4 HP%/CD and slot 6 HP% Runes with acceptable innate (prefix)
  • Substats do not matter as these runes are more than likely key reappraisal (reapp) targets
  • To see what are acceptable innates (prefix) see info below.
  • Save enough to buy 2 or more of these runes (200 ancient crystals)
• Other things that could be bought:
  • Desirable runes may include: Vio slot 4 or 6 HP% with no innate and matching subs and slot 2/4/6 with innate and matching stats on a needed sets
  • Reappraisal Stones/Devilmon: Limted to 30 reapps and 3 devilmon per month
  • Legend Grind/Gems: Vio SPD/HP%/DEF% Gems and Vio/Swift SPD Grinds, or another set a late game players may need
  • Not going to be buying these unless you specifically know what your searching for or need

• LD Scrolls: unless a whale or have high nat 5 income, these wont be bought ever
  • Whale: Those that spend quite a bit of money on the game

• Blessing: horrible value and should NEVER be bought
  • There are multiple balance patches a year and just because a monster is good/bad now doesnt mean that will be the case later on

What Are Acceptable Innates (Prefix)

Reappraisal Stones

Only reapp 6 star, legend original quality runes. Slot 2/4/6 should be prioritized over 1/3/5.

Hard priority on desirable base (ATK%, HP%, SPD, CDMG, for example) slot 2/4/6 Violent runes with innate stats. Do not reapp runes with innate SPD, ATK%, HP%, or DEF%.

Other runes are worth reapping as well. Will, Swift, Destroy, Despair, Rage and Blade are all worth considering if you know what you are looking for.

Your goal when reapping should not be to get the perfect rune. Instead, aim for a rune that is good and usable.

Ancient Reappraisal Stones

The same ideas described above apply, however, violent ancient runes do not exist, so you will want to look at some of the other rune types described above to consider reapping.

Since desirable legend quality runes with innates are much rarer, you may wish to consider reapping more legend quality runes without an innate than you would for normal runes.
