I, like you, have encountered a problem when launching the game. When you click on the button : Play – gives error 403.

To solve this error can be very simple way:

Install any working VPN on your computer.
Connect to the nearest server to you.
Start the game

And, as you can see, the error disappeared, and at the first launch the game loads the necessary files and starts. By the way, during the download of these files you can disable VPN and the download will continue and the error will disappear.

The most important thing is to press play with VPN enabled – after that you can disable it and continue the game.
