Tips for New Players
- Have 2 research buildings whenever possible.
- You will need to deal with poison at some point: look up the tech tree for what you will need to deal with it.
- If you haven’t the proper tech when you reach your first poison cloud: PAUSE the game inside or after the poison cloud, find all the poison and use the harvest tool (+ have workers available to harvest it, using a worker post with harvester ideally)
- Look the population tab in the top right corner and see what benefit your villager effciency, try to increase that.
- Research scavenger early enough, that’s the best way to get more villagers.
- Make Onbu happy and don’t hurt it.
Buildings that work together should be close to each other. Put water next to farms. Put kitchens next to pantries. Remember that workers spend a lot of time walking to find food. Houses can go off in a corner though because no one goes there.
