What are Twitch Drops?
Twitch Drops are in-game rewards that can be earned by watching live streams on Twitch. Link your Twitch account to PLAYNC and watch Drops-enabled BATTLE CRUSH streams to earn rewards!
How do I earn rewards?
You can earn rewards by fulfilling the reward conditions on your Twitch account linked to PLAYNC. Select Link/Verify Account above or the Twitch Account Settings > Link menu to check your account link status.
What streams should I watch?
You can earn rewards by watching Drops-enabled broadcasts on the BATTLE CRUSH live channel. If the Drops campaign is running, the DropsEnabled tag and the Drops Campaign notification will be visible in the broadcast and at the top of the chat.
Is there a timeframe for claiming rewards?
Rewards will no longer be available in your Twitch Inventory 24 hours after the end of the Drops campaign. Be sure to claim your rewards on Twitch while you can!
Until when do I have to link my account to receive rewards?
Rewards received to your Twitch Inventory can only be claimed if you link your account within 14 days of the end of the Drops campaign.
When can I see my rewards in game?
When you claim rewards from your Twitch Inventory, they will be sent immediately to the in-game mailbox of your linked account. In some cases, it may take up to 24 hours for them to be reflected in your game. If the game is running, please exit and restart it.
