Fixing the damn game

In order to fix the fps drops, you must download Proton Experimental, go into “Properties” -> “Betas” and choose bleeding-edge.

Wait for it to download, then find Persona 3 Reload on your games list, click start -> “Properties” -> “Compatibility”, and choose Proton Experimental.

After that, your game should work perfectly, at a locked 60fps with no drops.

Note: You can bump all the settings up to high, run the game at 100% res scale, just remember to turn off Reflections!
