Chub
- Hook Size: #4/0
- Bait: Corn
- Rod/reel/line: All were Level 9 and above
- Size of fish Caught: Between 3-4.5 lbs.
Channle Cat
- Hook Size: #4/0 and #5/0
- Bait: Corn
- Rod/reel/line: All were Level 9 and above
- Size of fish Caught: Between 4-9.75 lbs.
Grass Carp
- Hook Size: #5/0, #6/0, and #7/0
- Bait: Corn and bread
- Rod/reel/line: All were Level 9 and above
- Size of fish Caught: Between 7-42.5 lbs.
Mirror Carp
- Hook Size: #5/0, #6/0, and #7/0
- Bait: Corn and bread
- Rod/reel/line: All were Level 9 and above
- Size of fish Caught: Between 46-67 lbs.
Notes: I recommend using the feeder tubes and bottom fishing them vs using a bobber. I did not use any feeder bait. I set up 2 rods with the 3-rod holder and was able to get a bunch of hits. Hook size #5/0 seemed tp be the majic nimber. Moving to #6/0 and #7/0, I was constinently getting the “use a smaller hook” message.
