Contents
Arena
There’s a total of 4 differn’t arenas at this time of writing each with their own weather conditions and theme. These will put some spice in how each side works towards their goals.
Practice in the lobby while you wait for matches
Seems dumb but getting used to weapons and gear is a great step towards matches.
Scavengers
Total of five playable scavengers at this time of writing and each holds a unique ability to that class the player can unlock them by earning rewards from matches.
Survivors goal is to enter the Death Garden and collect enough blood and supplies to escape the garden and earn their freedom. The Hunter will prowl the map after the team of survivors choosing to execute them to stop their plans of escape.
Stamina and ammo types
Scavengers have a stamina bar they can use by press shift that will make them do a quicker roll that can be used to dodge bullets and make the way around the arena easier. They can hold a max of 20 normal arrows and 3 ability arrows they can find in the arena.
Scavengers can choose their load out from differn’t types of perks and chosen ability that comes with their class if they’re purchased at the vendors in the main lobby when booting up the game.
Starting the match
The scavengers will spawn in the cell waiting for the timer to count down and the randomised garden to appear. As the counter hits 0 the cell door will evaporate and the scavengers can jump into the death garden and begin collecting blood to survive.
Once the scavengers have collected enough blood or only one scavenger stands the blood portal will rise from the sky and land on the garden floor waiting for the scavengers to run into. The hunter will be able to see your aura the whole time this phase is active.
Pressing Q near a point of interest will display a prompt for your team.
Collecting blood
Each blood supply point will only allow 5 drops of blood to be taken before it needs to recharge.
Only one scavenger can use a blood supply point at a time. 150 blood is needed to activate the end phase of the arena.
Depositing blood
So you got some blood where do you take it?
Scavengers take the blood towards these pillars that are marked with A-C in the arena.
These are hot spots for the Hunter as he knows scavengers must go to these points.
Crates
Blue crate is your abilities count and the player should 100% grab these to use against the killer.
Yellow crate is the ammo for your bow to mark objects and destroy traps across the arena.
Red crate is health and revive from being downed.
Perks
Use perks that will benefit your play style as a scavenger.
- Speed boosts when delivering blood.
- More ammo.
Traps
The hunter can also find blue crates and use these crates to power traps or uav machines that reveal the aura of players who run into the red light. Scavengers can shoot these down with their bows and disable them before the hunter can even activate them.
Marking
White objects display points of interest that your team have marked and used an arrow to mark it by shooting with their weapon.
Reviving
Other scavengers on your team can revive you when you’re downed but if you can crawl towards a red crate, it can heal you fully.
Audio
The Hunter emits a loud booming music when they’re near so keep this in mind when dealing with your surroundings.
Basic abilities
- Smoke screen.
- Duplicate runner.
- Cloaking.
- Healing others.
Hunter
The Hunters job is to make sure the scavengers don’t win their freedom by murdering them during the trial. Once the last scavenger remains the countdown will begin and the race to kill the last survivor is on from escaping in the blood tunnel.
At the time of this writing there’s only three Hunters with each of their own abilities and loadouts. The most common weapon is the Shotgun that can down Hunters pretty quickly if they’re close.
Power cores
Just like scavengers, Hunters can also collect blue crates but instead of abilities it can be used to power drones that can reveal the aura of scavengers who walk under neath the light.
Yellow crate
The ammo box will replenish the Hunters ammo for all guns.
Abilities
The hunters come equipped with hot key abilities they can use inside the match to give them an edge on the competition.
- Increased speed and jump but drains stamina.
- Shock that interupts scavengers actions.
- Mines/ability that comes with each Hunter.
Play-style
Differn’t Hunters suit a play style, the deer hunter uses a sniper that can pick off scavengers from a distance while the other two deal with short range bullet spams.
Hacking
The Hunter is able to hack objects that scavengers can interact with and reveal their location if touched by a scavenger.
Audio
The Hunter emits a loud booming music when they’re near so keep this in mind when dealing with your surroundings.
Perks
Use perks that will benefit your play style as a Hunter.
- Faster reload.
- Faster ability cool down etc.
Executions
