How to Find Secret Ringing Bell and Get the Relic

All credit goes to FaithlessZealot!

In order to get this relic you’ll need to have gotten through a considerable amount of the game and completed Redento’s questline to get the Nail uprooted from dirt relic!

Go back to the Desecrated Cistern and you’ll see a small gap underneath the wall slide underneath it and it’ll reveal a hidden area.

Originally, you may have found this area and wondered “How the nipple penguins do i get up there i’m going to leave an angry review and refund the game” well hold on a second lemme hold your ‘hand’ and show you how (See what i did there?) If you’ve read my Redento Questline guide then you will already have the Nail uprooted from Dirt if you don’t then go do his questline and come back here later…

This will give you the Severed Hand which you’ll need to bring back to Salt Boi back in Albero and he’ll turn it into the Incorrupt Hand of the Fraternal Master which will make a ringing sound if there’s a secret nearby

Below is a video of the sound it’ll make when near a secret. The area i used to demonstrate this is bugged basically it’ll stop making the sound as soon as you uncover the secret but, for some reason Albero is bugged so it’ll probably be patched later… Don’t bother subbing to me i am terrible and i only made this account so i can put the video here:
