Ultimate Fishing Simulator – Greenland DLC Guide

This guide lists the baits / lures, locations, and hook sizes I used to catch all 12 species on the Greenland / Sea maps.

Atlantic Cod

  • Location: 3, 4, Sea.
  • Bait: Cutbait big/small, live bait, natural/artifical egg.
  • Lure: Hard lure – OKENA PP – 177 – twitch.
  • Size: 2/0 – 10/0.

Atlantic Halibut

  • Location: Sea.
  • Bait: Livebait, cutbait big/small.
  • Feeder – Bloody salmon.
  • Size: 11/0 – 12/0.

Atlantic Salmon

  • Location: 1-4, 7, Sea.
  • Bait: Natural/artificial egg, cutbait big/small.
  • Size: 1 – 6/0.

Atlantic Wolffish

  • Location: 2, 3.
  • Bait: Corn, pea, wax worm.
  • Size: 2/0 – 3/0.

Capelin

  • Location: 6.
  • Bait: Pea, corn.
  • Size: 8 – 2.

Deepwater Redfish

  • Location: 1, 2, 4-7.
  • Bait: Artificial/natural egg, cutbait big, maggot, dragonfly, grasshopper, fly, red worm.
  • Lure: Spinner – DAKINO W/U-15 – Straight (3).
  • Size: 4 – 5/0.

Fourhorn Sculpin

  • Location: 5.
  • Lure: Hard lure – TailSpin, straight (2), soft lure – DAKINO ZZ 470 – straight (2), soft lure – KUBOT M-15T – straight (2).
  • Size: 4 – 2.

Notes: These are a little harder to find – best time to fish for them is noon.

Goblin Shark

  • Location: Sea.
  • Bait: Cutbait small.
  • Size: 12/0.

Greenland Cod

  • Location: 3, Sea.
  • Bait: Live bait, cutbait big/small.
  • Lure: Hard lure – Naja – twitch, hard lure – OKENA PP-177 – twitch.
  • Size: 1/0 – 6/0.

Greenland Halibut

  • Location: Sea.
  • Bait: Cutbait small.
  • Size: 5/0.

Notes: Best caught at noon, evening, or night. These seemed a little tougher to find than most so it’s worth adjusting the time of day.

Greenland Shark

  • Location: Sea.
  • Bait: Live bait.
  • Feeder: Bloody salmon.
  • Size: 11/0 – 12/0.

Lumpfish

  • Location: 1.
  • Bait: Red worm, maggot.
  • Size: 4 – 1/0.
