Prismana Iris

To obtain the egg containing Prismana Iris, you must complete the A Fragrant Dream quest. You get this quest when you return to the location where Irelia was asleep after completing her story quest.

A pink flower surrounded by bubbles will be there. Each bubble requires a different Legendary Perfume, and each Legendary Perfume comes from its own specific quest.

Legendary Perfumes

Heartfire Orange

1. Complete the Inferlupa quest.
2. At the end of the quest, talk to the Emberpups and Flameruff.
3. One of them gives you a flower.
4. Take the flower to the perfumer in Bloomville who is lying on a rock behind a house.
5. The perfumer uses the flower to make Heartfire Orange.

Golden Wish

1. Go to Blitzwood and Twine with a Bolty.
2. Talk to the roots at the base of the tree.
3. Go down into the hole and talk to the Bolty committing identity theft.
4. Help her commit identity theft.
5. At the end, reveal your name. Do not insist that you are the fake person you chose.
6. Lightning strikes the tree, causing a branch and an egg to fall.
7. The egg is an ordinary egg but guarantees a Bolty.
8. Take the branch to the pair of perfumers in northeast Bloomville.
9. One of them turns the branch into Golden Wish.

Eternal Red

1. Go to the Russet Highlands.
2. Find the painter Sorora west of the Clear Sight Sanctum.
3. Complete her quest.
4. At the end, after the boss fight, a red flower spawns.
5. Take the flower to the perfumer with an Emberpup near Sunia’s workstation in Bloomville.
6. She and her twin work together to make Eternal Red.

Perfect Mistake

1. Go to Berylline Causeway.
2. Find the Mudball Bug with a perfectly round mudball outside her house.
3. Complete her quest.
4. During the quest, she breaks open a large rock containing crystals.
5. One of the crystals is flower-shaped.
6. Take the flower-shaped crystal to a perfumer in Bloomville at a three-way intersection.
7. Sniff his perfume.
8. He gives you Perfect Mistake.

The source is uncertain about the perfumer’s appearance, mentioning that he may have blue hair.

Freedom’s Breeze

1. Go to Argent Strait.
2. Find the Chirpi in a small ruin to the west with a nonfunctional wind device.
3. Complete his quest.
4. You will need a Tumbster, the evolved form of Chirpi.
5. At the end of the quest, a flower blooms.
6. Take the flower to the nearby perfumer, who makes Freedom’s Breeze.

According to a CBT3 player, you instead get the perfume directly from the flower, and the perfumer is gone.

Binding Oath

1. Go to Mistwood and defeat Omega Tuckin.
2. A hole opens in the ground.
3. Go down the hole and talk to the strange Hummin.
4. The Hummin gives you a quest.
5. The person Twined with the Hummin is a perfumer.
6. Complete the quest.
7. Talk to the perfumer to receive Binding Oath.

Peace of Mind

1. Go to the Forest of Falling Stars.
2. Collect 3 Large Starines.
3. Twine with a Celestis.
4. Enter the Celestis hideout in the center of the purple woods.
5. Place the 3 Large Starines in the nest under the tree.
6. A cutscene plays and Starines appear throughout the area, so watch your head.
7. Obtain the large purple Starine.
8. Bring the large purple Starine to the perfumer on the ledge outside.
9. The perfumer gives you Peace of Mind.

Heart’s Resonance

1. Go to Driftwise Meadows.
2. Help the Fentufts play until you have 3 of the happy fuzzball items they give you.
3. Go to the sad flower on the hill and give it the happy fuzzballs.
4. Talk to the sad Nimbi near the girl who thinks being happy is a problem.
5. The Nimbi gives you a sad fuzzball.
6. Give the sad fuzzball to the flower.
7. The flower blooms, allowing you to take its nectar.
8. Bring the nectar to the girl near the Nimbi.
9. She makes Heart’s Resonance.

Whisper of Longing

1. Find the painter Sorora on the beach at Echoback Landing.
2. Complete her quest. It requires nighttime.
3. Sorora gives you a painting.
4. Find the Whalesong Blossom at the end of the Echonite Trail, following the blue objects that light up when hit.
5. Bring the blossom to Elvira on the island at the entrance to Bloomville.
6. Elvira makes Whisper of Longing.

Home

1. Go to Rosetower Wood.
2. Travel to the eastern section where the Thornblades have taken over a castle.
3. Go to the back of the area where Melloblum is located.
4. Twine with a Budsquire or one of its evolutions.
5. A Thornblade stops you. Defeat it.
6. Talk to Melloblum. She performs a short dance, and you unlock her evolution.
7. Return to the Rose Tower that gives the area its name.
8. The small side door next to the main door is no longer blocked by vines.
9. Enter the tower and find the perfumer.
10. Complete her quest. You will need a Dewy, which spawns nearby.
11. The perfumer gives you Home.

Obtaining the Prismana Iris Egg

After obtaining all the Legendary Perfumes:

1. Return to the flower where Irelia was asleep.
2. Give the perfumes to the bubbles surrounding the flower.
3. The order does not matter.
4. You receive an egg containing Prismana Iris.

Prismana Iris Evolution

As of the information in the source, Prismana Iris does not evolve into Irisalis, despite what would be expected based on Irelia’s lore.
