You need to defeat Alpha Lumi to finish the quest. After collecting everything, talk to Lumi again.

Alpha Lumi

Alpha Lumi and Bulby only come out at night.

To fight Alpha Lumi:

1. Go to the arena at night.
2. Wait for the star flying through the night sky to land at the boss location.
3. The star is Lumi.

The full loop takes approximately 8 minutes.
