Baldur’s Gate 3 – Lady Jannath’s Estate Tips

If anyone still needs help with this, here are some helpful tips.

Help with Lady Jannath’s Estate

Сrеdit gоеs to Wild Child!

  • All those bottles of water you’ve been saving? Throw one where you think a poltergeist or invisible enemy is (you’re welcome).
  • The cursed skulls will only push you back if you’re standing in their line of sight on their turn or move in front of them outside of combat.
  • I threw alchemist fire at the door behind the portrait on the easel thinking to damage it and it spawned the tormented soul. Same if you damage the hidden portrait behind the door. The note in the chest sends you to another npc that has what you need to complete the quest.
  • If you want to hurt the skulls, AOE fire and force damage works but you gotta roll high damage and not target the skull but the area near them. This means those smoke powder bombs could work. It’s how I killed a couple of skulls.
  • The psychic attacks are coming from those red candelabras. There are souls in them. There’s one in the hall infront of Lady Jannath’s room, one behind the door to the hall upstairs near where the first skull is and one downstairs from where the first skull is.

Hope this helps!
