How to Find All Prismatic Fragments

Facet of Command

This fragment is located in The Divide.

Fast Travel to The Impasse and run to the entrance of the facility. Make your way through the corridors until you see the Prismatic Chest. Next to it will be an opening in the wall on the left. Jump through and you’ll find 2 dunk devices and a computer. Activate the computer to spawn in a Scorch Cannon and jump out of the room. Around the facility there will be Ice Mounds you will need to destroy using the Scorch Cannon. Breaking them will reveal Charges of Arc, Solar, and Void. The Arc charge counts as 2 points, the Solar charge counts as 3 points, and the Void charge counts as 4 points. There are 7 of these charges available. When you pick up a charge, bring it back to the dunk devices and you’ll notice a bar on the left of both of them. They will need to be deposited with exactly 10 charges. So, we input them in this order starting from the left dunk device:

• 2 Solar charges & 2 Arc charges.
• 2 Void charges and 1 Arc charge.

Doing this will summon enemies and eventually a Subjugator. Damage the Subjugator until he puts up his immunity shield, then you’ll need to go into a Prismatic Pool to defeat combatants that will break his shield, and then finish the Subjugator off.

Once the Subjugator dies, the keycode will drop, and the chest will be accessible.

Facet of Devotion

This fragment is located in The Dissent Campaign Mission.

Begin the mission Dissent from The Final Shape Campaign and proceed through until you defeat the final scorn boss. When you begin running on the stairs and need to escape the room, jump to the platform where you’ll run down a hallway past a lot of pillars. Before you take a right at the end, continue straight and the Prismatic Chest will be at the end of the hallway.

Facet of Sacrifice

This fragment is located in The Iconoclasm Campaign Mission.

Begin the mission Iconoclasm from The Final Shape Campaign and proceed through until you get to the room with a Dog Statue. Instead of proceeding to the right corridor, go to the left corridor where the room will seemingly be empty. Above you will be a small opening you can jump to. Once inside, proceed through the maze and the Prismatic Chest will be at the end.

Facet of Grace

This fragment is located in the first area behind The Lost City.

Fast Travel to The Lost City and make your way to the room with Micah-10. To the right of her will be an entrance that brings you back to the beginning of The Pale Heart from the Transmigration Campaign Quest. As you did when you were doing the campaign quest, go back to the right and left sides of the area when you needed to kill the Wizards and deposit their debuffs to open the door. There will be Omens that begin to spawn once you enter either area.

You will need to go into the Prismatic pools that appear to damage the Omens that spawn on each side. There are 3 Omens total. Because there are three, there is a 3rd unexplored section of the room that isn’t used during the Campaign mission. It will be opposite of the main platform where you entered the room from. After killing all 3 Omens, a Tormentor will appear on the main platform. To remove his shield, Subjugators will spawn throughout the area. Kill them to remove the tormentor’s shield and defeat him. After that, the Prismatic Chest will be marked on your screen for you to access.

Facet of Justice

This fragment is located in The Refraction, which is accessed from The Landing.

Fast Travel to The Landing and proceed straight on your skimmer/sparrow. Try to stick to the left side of the map until you see an area you can jump up to. There will be a load zone that puts you into The Refraction. Proceed there until you reach a room that looks exactly like it’s from the Dreaming City. The Prismatic Chest will be in the middle of the room, 3 Witch Queen Symbols in front of it, and a Flame Crystal above the symbols. Make sure you remember the symbols that are in the middle of the room from Top to Bottom. Proceed to the flame crystal and grab it. There will be 10 symbols that appear around the inner sides of the room. Make sure to stay inside of the catwalk and not to go into the middle of the room to look at the symbols, as they will go invisible. Using the small windows in the room, glare to the opposite sides of the room to see the symbols. After locating the first symbol, run to that side of the room and deposit the flame crystal into the dunk behind it. You will need to do this 3 times. After you finish dunking the final flame crystal, enemies and a subjugator will spawn. After defeating the subjugator, the keycode will drop, and the Prismatic Chest will be accessible.

Facet of Mending

This fragment is located in the further first area behind The Lost City. Fast Travel to The Lost City and make your way to the room with Micah-10. To the right of her will be an entrance that brings you back to the beginning of The Pale Heart from the Transmigration Campaign Quest. Continue through the room until you find yourself in a massive town. When you go through the area, you will have a ghost icon on the top right of your screen. Open your Ghost menu and your ghost will be looking away from you. Your ghost will point you in the direction of fallen ghost shells. You will need to collect them and proceed backwards to where you first entered The Pale Heart. Once you collect enough, you will see a pop-up appear about the ghost memories. Continue backwards to the giant ghost shell you first seen and you will see a darkness platform with fallen ghost shells around it. Stand on the platform and protect the fallen ghost shells from enemies and a subjugator. After defeating them the Prismatic Chest will be accessible behind the darkness platform.

Facet of Bravery

This fragment is located in The Ascent Campaign Mission.

Begin the mission Ascent from The Final Shape Campaign. Proceed through until you have to kill a subjugator and destroy a taken blight to open the path. You will do this until you get to the 2nd taken blight. After breaking the blight, you will see a broken cargo plane on the side of the ice mountain above you. Using the icy overpass, jump up to the cargo plane to access the Prismatic Chest inside of it.
