Completion requirements for the Make a Little More Noise Achievement. Easy to do but also easy to miss!

Make a Little More Noise Achievement Guide

Boot up the tutorial from the Academy section on the title screen and make it to the marksmen training section.

Complete the marksmen training but do not continue through the level. Go back through the door you came in from, and new weapon lockers will open.

Pick up a power weapon (golden outline on gun) like the sniper rifle and you have your achievement.
