In this guide i will showcase a low effort and simple way on how to grind skill and weapon experience. If done properly you can pull this off within 3 minutes and 30 seconds, gaining you 924 XP for each Skilltree and weapon you brought along. The video contains a longer explained variant and at the end a preview of a run within 3:30 without any commentary.
How to Grind Skill and Gun Experience Easy and Fast
Step by Step (with Screenshots)
- Go into the alleyway on the right side of the store (where your van is waiting).
- Zip tie the lone civilian and hide him behind the cement sacks or else the guard will spot him/her.
Look to the left and climb the wooden pallets to reach the roof.
- Jump onto the vents right below the window. Crouch and open up the window. Ignore the guard from below he will lose line of sight and only spot you for a brief second.
- Get inside, disable the camera in the hallway and grab the civilian (either in the breakroom or along the hallway towards the staircase).
- Move the civilian into the managers office and drop him/her close to the table. Hit up the computer and check which code you require (Whiteboard, cupboard inside VIP or the employee of the month).
- Check the two phone spots inside the office and grab a single QR Charge.
- Kill the guard that partols into the hallway, answer his pager and open up the VIP room with the QR Code. Disable the camera by shooting it.
- Check your required code. Whiteboard in the staff room, book on the middle cupboard in the VIP room or the employee of the month (for the latter just open the door inside the VIP room and take a quick glance at the picture frame).
- Go downstairs, enter the code and break the two cameras and kill the roaming guard.
- Go into the non keypad door and grab the red keycard on the table and disable the power for the alarm.
- Go upstairs, grab the civ and shove him into the button so he/she presses it. Use the keycard at the vault door and either kill or ziptie the civilian that pressed the button for you.
- Grab two jewelry bags from the VIP room we unlocked earlier with the QR Code and the rare stone from the vault.
- Exit through the window that we first used to enter the building. Climb onto the roof and carry the three bags to the van and simply leave afterwards.
You did it!
I do it on hard ngl, i still do the map in high 3 mins early 4 mins, not bad for gaining a extra 200-300 XP, though ill get a really good RNG for the npc’s and guard locations and hit a really early 3 min (lowest i’ve hit so far is a 3:10)
You can also do Road rage with a team or nightclub solo stealth for a lot of money and xp
yeah but it takes longer and doesnt give nearly as much exp
Couple things to speed up everyone’s times:
1. Grab skills that increase Hostage Tie speed
2. Skills that give RUSH.
3. You can jump onto the AC units and shoot the window open
4. Bonus, you don’t need to shoot the person that pushes the button.

really nice. I managed to land a 3 minute time when I invested in skills like remote pager and answering it faster. Also instant lockpicking/faster bagging when having rush
12. need a bit more explanation I think. I finally figured it out but its not clear what button, as you have the back room with the scanner that needs the manager, Otherwise good guide.
for 12. You grab the civilian that you ziptied earlier (take as human shield) and enter the managers room. Walk towards the desk with the computer. Make sure youre facing the small red button and simply shove the civilian towards it. You might get a small “detected” indicator but thats normal.
how do you actually get the manager into the vip room?
You don’t really need a manager. Any civilian can press the button
By the way, “hard” is around 7:30 without skills. So, normal is the fastest experience per minute. Unless you’re doing it with teammates.
