This guide will show off the steps to being able to grab the SINS AI core in Syntax Error.
AI Core Availability: Where It Is and How to Get to It

The SINS AI Core is ONLY available in LOUD. You CAN NOT get it in stealth as the prompt to begin the sequence does not appear until you go loud. I don’t believe this is possible solo either. so you’ll need at least 1 other person to do this with.
You can however get the AI Core AND do the challenge on ANY difficulty. So you don’t need to stress about getting it done on overkill if you don’t really care and just want the infamy points.
The AI Core is located in the AI Command center.
Note: It’s the objective ping.

Overheating SINS
Once loud has been triggered. (Either at the start of the heist or once you’ve already secured all bags). Go back to the AI Control Room and interact with the “deactivate” prompt on this panel in front of the Core housing.
This will start the deactivation timer which lasts 2 minutes, and will be interrupted twice.
Each interruption will have you go back to either the main stairs or the Server decryption area.
If it’s the main stairs it will be either this room.
To turn this valve.
Or to one of these two valves.
If you’re sent to the server decryption area you need to turn this valve.
Grabbing the Core
Opening the housing.
Once SINS is shut down the button on the back of the Core Housing will become interactable and highlighted as such.
This button works like the vault on Dirty Ice. Meaning one person will have to go to the office with the safe on the second floor, and hit the button behind these books at the same time as the one in the control room hits theirs.
Once both buttons have been pressed the glass around the core will lower and you’ll be able to grab it.
Now you just gotta get out with it! You can’t run so if you haven’t grabbed the other bags yet and have the escape basically ready I’d recommend whoever grabbed the core to also grab the drone data.
One tip that could help, try doing all the bags on stealth, and then once you are done with that you can tie all the civs near the van, allowing for a delay on the assault. while the SINS core is getting deactivated.
If done correctly you will get away with little to no fighting.
