What worked for me is utilizing tons of CS Gas. They worked wonders especially in the server rooms as they can easily help in dealing with the wider spaces than the stinger or flash. I always went to the west entrance.
First is to clear the smaller rooms and work your way around the two big server rooms (You can also clear the roof as there are two that usually spawns there). Use door wedge to keep some pressure off but it’s not necessary (MJ dudes do push your areas sometimes so watch out for those). Be aware that some MJ guys may patrol outside and ruin your day.
Once you clear those areas, you can start with either the main server room or the other one right next to the west entrance. Clear with Gas, then kee deploying gas at the farther corners. You can also split and support from 2F but it might get you killed. Do the same with the other SV room.
If done right, you can easily make most suspects surrender before you even see them.
On my playthrough, I had atleast 8 of them as it made clearing big rooms fairly easy. Make sure to always mirror, you can mirror at the left/right most side of the door to maximize the amount of stuff you see. Have a shield guy to clear with to take most of the heat if some guys are unaffected by gas.
Still it’s not perfect as I did get killed by the typical AI tomfooleries but in most of my attempts, it almost worked perfectly.
TLDR: Clear smaller areas first, CS Gas the bigger rooms to limit the amount of stuff that you have to cover. Clear with a shield to limit the amount of insta deaths.
